Use and Directions

Each product has a specific recommended use and want to highlight each use below:

CBD Gummy candy: Each package has a specific milligram amount of CBD on each piece. The back or front of the package will tell you how many milligrams is in each package and gummy. Take one gummy and place into cheek or under tongue. Slowly suck on candy until ALL sugar is dissolved and then chew the gummy for fun after 2-3 minutes. Do not just chew and swallow the gummy as the CBD needs to be absorbed into the gland in mouth to be effective.

CBD Tinctures:  Take a dropper full (1ml) of the product and then put under the tongue. Wait at least 1-2 minutes to let the CBD absorb before swallowing. Once absorbed, wait 5-10 to drink liquids to allow residual absorption on the product. Take product when needed, or several smaller amounts throughout day for most effectiveness.

CBD Vape Additive: Use a half a dropper and put into any vape tank and add your favorite eliquid to it. Puff as needed. Can be used by itself without ejuice if required.

Kratom Tea Recipe

Having trouble finding a great and effective tea recipe? Well I have been using this tried and true tea for 5 years now. Step by step instructions to help you make a wonderful tasting tea at home.

                                                      Kratom Tea

  • 2 quart pot
  • 35 grams of kratom (7-8 teaspoons of kratom)                                                                                                                        ½ cup lemon juice

Heat water to just before boil. Reduce to 3 (simmer), then pour kratom powder in pot. Stir well. Add lemon juice. Stir again. Set timer to 20 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on pot because you DON’T want the kratom to boil over. So make sure the heat gets turned down and kratom doesn’t continue to boil over the stove. Once timer lapses, Take pot off burner and add 3 teabags of your favorite herbal tea to flavor. Let sit until cool. Transfer to glass or Tupperware container.

For single cups, Use 1-2 teaspoons of Kratom and put into boiling water and then cover for 20 minutes. Kratom will be potent for 3-5 days. Half the recipe if only drinking small amounts at a time.

Use Stevia, honey or Agave to sweeten up your tea.

It will be potent for 4-5 days. Half the recipe if only drinking small amounts at a time.

 TOSS AND WASH:

Take 1-2 teaspoons and stir into 1/2cup of grapefruit, apple. Orange, or lemon juice. Stir and just toss back like a shot. Chocolate ice cream or smoothies is a good way to mask the bitterness of the powder.

  KAVA

Kava Preparation: Traditional Method

Traditional kava preparation is much like brewing tea. Kava root powder is placed in a straining bag and steeped in hot water. Gather together all you need to prepare a kava drink the traditional way and then follow the simple steps below to make kava the traditional way.

Things you're going to need:

  • High-Quality Medium Ground Kava Root. Available in our shop.
  • A Strainer Bag (A muslin bag is best but you can use cheesecloth, or even an old T-shirt)
  • Warm / Hot water (tap hot is perfect)
  • A medium-sized bowl to prepare the kava in.

Step 1

Measure out the right amount of kava root. Typically, in kava preparation, a standard serving size for one individual is 2-4 Tablespoons. Many times people will double this amount and plan on having 2-3 servings in an evening.

Add the kava root to your strainer bag and place the bag into your bowl.

Step 2

Measure out 8-12oz. of tap hot water (about 120 degrees*) per serving. Vary the amount of water depending on how strong you want your kava root tea to taste. Next, pour the hot water directly into the bag with the kava powder.

Let the kava steep in the bag in the bowl for 5-10 minutes. Traditional kava preparation involves steeping just like you brew a tea.

Step 3

The third step in kava preparation is an important one. Twist the top of your kava strainer closed and press out all the air. Knead the kava root in the bag in the water in the bowl. Alternate between kneading the kava and squeezing the bag to strain the liquid into the bowl. Be careful not to let any actual root escape the bag.

The water in the bowl will turn a nice milky brown color and begin to look like chocolate milk. After 5-10 minutes of kneading, wring the straining bag tight to remove all liquid. Leave the root in the bag, possibly for a second wash or brew.

Step 4

Lastly, since kava liquid goes down a little easier chilled either refrigerate your liquid for a short while or throw in a few ice cubes.

Once your kava is sufficiently chilled pour into a cup and start enjoying right away.
